We were thrilled to have recently held a successful celebration event for One Saint Stephens.
It was a gorgeous, crisp evening as the stunning on-site display suite played host to the wider development team, special guests, friends and apartment owners.
Chef Des Harris whipped up restaurant-worthy dishes “live” from the Gaggenau kitchen, much to the delight of those in attendance. Our guests also enjoyed RSRV Champagne and quality Villa Maria wines served in gorgeous glassware from the Jancis Collection, destined for the private owners’ speakeasy bar.
This event was the first of several events due to be held over the construction period, aimed at creating exclusive opportunities and unique experiences that bring the One Saint Stephens community together and celebrate milestones along the way.
Almost half of the available 25 apartments are now spoken for, however, there are still options on each level, and a selection of each aspect, outlook and configuration choice is still being offered.
