Completed in late 2019, Outlook Mission Bay is a development by Countrywide Residences, situated at the top of Mission Bay, overlooking the Hauraki Gulf and Auckland city. Consisting of 43 apartments across 3 buildings, Outlook was the first of its kind in this Eastern Bays suburb and continues to set the standard for future developments in the area.
The brief to the architects was to bring everything in, the light, the warmth and view. To create homes that offer sensual pleasure as well as necessary comforts.
The Apartments
Outlook brought modern, sophisticated, urban living to the Eastern Bays. It gave residents a chance to live simple, live uncluttered, live flexible, in a home where they took centre stage. Apartments are about well-thought-out, efficient living, where everything is in the right place and Outlook set the bar high.
The Amenities
Outlook was designed so a move didn’t have to mean a compromise. That meant thinking about how people like to live, both in and out of their apartment, and providing facilities to let them continue living life the way they want to.

The Team
The team behind Outlook is a team of many skill sets. Developer, Architect, Builder and Development Manager were all involved from the beginning of the project. Importantly, the team has a very successful history of working together and continues to work together on new development projects.

The Buildings
Outlook’s three buildings were designed to make the most of its north-facing aspect. Turning its back on Kepa Road, the tower shelters most apartment living spaces, quietening the entire complex as well as the individual apartments, and creating peaceful havens bathed in sunlight throughout the day.
